Two of the old "Basse Cuisine" recipes have been promoted to this section: a Chorizo & Thyme Pizza and the Sloe Flapjacks, aka Sloejacks, that I devised to use up the alcohol-soaked fruit left after making Sloe Gin. There are also some observations (and poetry!) about a good old standby, Steak & Chips.
